eight digits, day, month, year (DDMMYYYY). For example, 3 April 1985 is 03041985.
Enrolled since then, or still can't sign in? Your research team can issue you a
new password, contact them rather than trying repeatedly.
Your identity is never shared with researchers or clinicians in this study.
You are identified only by your Study ID. Your real name is held securely by the
study principal investigator for emergency use only.
